END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Version 1.0 — Effective Date: March 8, 2026

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING KOWBELLS. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Kowbells ("Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Kowbells platform and its features (the "Service") solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
a) Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service;
b) Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
c) Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
d) Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
e) Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from the Company.

3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
You retain ownership of any voice recordings, story customisations, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a limited, royalty-free licence to process and store your User Content solely to provide the Service to you. The Company does not use your voice recordings for any purpose beyond generating your personalised stories.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all underlying technology, software, designs, and trademarks, are and remain the exclusive property of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

5. BETA SERVICE DISCLAIMER
The Service is currently provided as a beta version. Features may be incomplete, changed, or removed without notice. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted to the Service with a new version number and effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
