Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.

Voice Recordings: We collect audio recordings you submit for the purpose of generating personalized audiobooks. These recordings are used solely to produce stories for your family.

Usage Data: We collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the service.

Payment Information: Payment is processed by a third-party provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

- To provide, operate, and improve the Kowbells service
- To generate personalized audiobooks using your voice recordings

Your data is stored on secure servers. Voice recordings are encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain recordings for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
